Le noci costituiscono un valido ingrediente per le donne in gravidanza, grazie al loro apporto di acidi grassi essenziali per la formazione del tessuto nervoso del feto. Ideale consumarle per chi soffre di nausee, in più le noci funzionano da spezzafame naturale.

Le noci, e la frutta secca con guscio in generale, sono quindi un’ottima fonte di grassi “buoni” polinsaturi, utili per l’organismo perché capaci di abbassare il colesterolo e proteggere il cuore. In più contengono quantità significative di fattori antiossidanti, oltre a essere una vera miniera di minerali e di vitamine E e B. 

Particolarmente ricchi di fibra, questi frutti sono capaci di stimolare efficacemente l’intestino, reso più pigro dall’assetto ormonale caratteristico della gravidanza.

Non dimentichiamo però che come tutta la famiglia della frutta secca anche le noci hanno un elevato apporto calorico, quindi è consigliabile consumarne due o tre un paio di volte al giorno. Se utilizzate nelle giuste porzioni sono alimenti infatti consigliati da inserire quotidianamente all’interno della dieta della donna in dolce attesa per integrarla con minerali, fibre e acidi grassi polinsaturi.
